Orders, Shipping & Returns
I haven't received my order confirmation, what now?
Double check your spam folder. If it isn't located there then check to see if your order was confirmed. Otherwise, please send us an email at support@eco-freshbags.com and we will confirm on our end.
How long will it take for my item to be shipped?
Orders usually take between 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Arrival should be within 3-7 days after shipment.
Can I track my shipment / where is my package located?
As soon as your shipment has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation to your registered email address with the shipment tracking. There you can check where your package is at any time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is offered on orders over $49 that ship to the United States.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please send all shortage or damage claims and return requests to support@eco-freshbags.com. An EcoFresh™️ team member will contact you within 2 business days to coordinate your return.
Cleaning & Care
What's the best way to clean the bags?
EcoFresh™ bags can be washed by hand with warm water or by placing them on the top rack of the dishwasher. If washing by hand be sure to try using the silicone sponge that came in the package!
How do I dry the bags?
Turn bags inside out and allow to air dry or you can hang bags upside down over dishwasher rack, paper towel rack or use an item such as a cup to aid in drying. Be sure bag is all the way open.
How do I get rid of stains?
In the event that your bags do stain, make a baking soda paste with either vinegar or water. Apply paste to the stained area and let sit for 30mins -1hr. Rinse and then wash as usual.
Natural sun rays also help. If stains still persist, try sitting bags out in the sun for a little while.
Using EcoFresh™ Bags
Can they be used in the microwave?
Most certainly! Be sure to remove the slider prior to using in the microwave. Bags should be open to allow for proper heating and cooking.
Are they dishwasher safe?
Yes, they were designed to be used in the dishwasher. Remove the slider and place bags upside down on the rack to clean.
Are EcoFresh bags leakproof?
Yes, the leak-proof seal comes from the slider that's used to close the bag. Be sure the the slider is pulled all the way to the end to ensure the bags don't leak.
Can I boil veggies in them?
Our bags are made to be used in boiling water. Just be sure NOT to submerge the slider into the hot water.
What else can they be used for?
Whatever your imagination can think of! The versatility and multi-functionality of them is what makes them so great. Use them as an ice pack, take them on a hike, put them in a suitcase or store your makeup brushes in them. The possibilities are endless!

What are the bags made of?
The bags are made from 100% food grade silicone. So you can feel confident that they don't contain any harmful substances that will transfer to your food.
What makes silicone better than plastic?
Being that EcoFresh™ bags are made from 100% food grade silicone, they don't contain any BPA, lead, phthalates or PVC. They are also non-toxic and hypoallergenic.
Can you recycle these?
Yes, you can. Check with your local recycling center to get more information on where to recycle silicone products. We are working on a "take back" program that will make sure they are properly recycled or repurposed into other innovative products.
